We are open and running 24/7, 365 days a year.

We always recommend customers to secure their parking space ahead of time with a reservation.

Shuttles run 24/7 every 15 minutes to and from the airport.

If you are several hours late when returning to pick up your car, our billing policies will apply the daily rate for every new 24-hour window that your stay overlaps. This reflects our industry-standard 24-hour billing cycle.

Reservations with us guarantee you a spot to park. This reservation is refundable up to the start date and time of the reservation. Reservation is non-refundable after the start date and time. We hold that spot open for you and your car. You have until the start of your reservation to cancel. If you do not show up, we have held the spot for you and you have taken away our opportunity to sell the spot to other persons. Once that time has passed you forfeit your payment.

Our shuttle service runs on demand, 24 hours a day. Shuttles drop off and pick-up at each Newark Liberty Airport terminal.

No. The services we offer at our parking facility are based on 24-hour intervals. Our intervals start at the time you park and end when you return to our lot.
Shuttles are treated just like a public bus, so car seats are not required. But you are welcome to use your own car seat if you prefer.
Yes. Due to construction, we have limited space at our facility. Trucks, vehicle hitches, extra-large SUVs, or other oversized vehicles will be charged an additional $5 a day for any vehicle that falls in this category.

Below is a list of vehicles that are considered large/oversized. If your vehicle is NOT on this list and can fit in a single spot, there will be no extra charge.

Chevrolet: Express, Silverado, all LTs and Pickup trucks

Dodge: Sprinter, RAM/Pickup, Tradesman, Promaster.

Ford: Expedition, Excursion, all pickup trucks and vans including Super Duty, E and F Series

GMC: Sierra, Suburban, Yukon, Denali, all pickup trucks, LTs, and vans

Hummer: All Hummer models

Infiniti: QX 56, QX 80

Jeep: Grand Wagoneer

Lexus: GX Series, LX Series

Lincoln: Navigator

Mercedes: Sprinter

Nissan: Titan Pickup, NV200, NV passenger

Rivian: R1S, R1T

Toyota: Sequoia, Tundra*, Grand Highlander, Land Cruiser* any FULL size pickup trucks

Any car that has been modified to be bigger than a base model (Ex; Jeep Wrangler oversized tires)
Yes. We are required by the city of Newark to collect a 15% parking tax from every customer.
Reservations with us guarantee you a spot to park. This reservation is refundable up to the start date and time of the reservation. Reservation is non-refundable after the start date and time. We hold that spot open for you and your car. You have until the start of your reservation to cancel. If you do not show up, we have held the spot for you and you have taken away our opportunity to sell the spot to other persons. Once that time has passed you forfeit your payment. If we cannot provide you a spot we will refund your full payment and pay for you to park at any another facility. (A receipt from the facility with matching start and ending dates that match your reservation with us must be presented for payment.) To cancel your reservation, click the “cancel reservation” option at the bottom of the reservation email you received after booking. If your reservation was made through a 3rd party, you will need to contact that company directly in order to cancel it.
